Provides form completion assistance for a range of legal issues. Areas of service include Aboriginal law, animal law, civil litigation, family law, federal government complaints, health and disabillity, housing, human rights, income support and benefits, information and privacy, immigration and refugee law, parole decisions, personal injury, temporary foreign workers' issues, transgender and gender diverse issues, and workplace law. Does not deal with most criminal matters. To request assistance, phone or email at least five days ahead to register for an appointment during a scheduled workshop. Translation is available in Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Clients do not need to meet a maximum income threshold. Virtual form completion services are available provincewide; in-person clinics serve Vancouver and Richmond.
