It teaches how to relax, how to develop helpful ways of thinking, and how to identify active steps that will help one take charge of their anxiety. It also includes strategies to deal with everyday anxiety, as well as specific tools to tackle test anxiety, perfectionism, social anxiety, performance anxiety, worry, panic, and conflict.
