Artemis Place provides integrated secondary education (Grades 10 to 12) to young women, young pregnant and parenting mothers, and all transgender youth ages 15 to 19 who need support to experience success. Programming includes wraparound support, life skills training, counselling, and childcare, all within the curriculum of Artemis Place Secondary, a designated Special Education School through the Ministry of Education. Designed to support youth who have resisted or been unsuccessful in conventional educational settings in the past. Artemis Young Parent Program offers an on-site childcare centre providing healthy snacks, lunches, and early childhood education to meet the individual needs of the children.
