BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC)

Conducts and manages commercial gaming in BC in accordance with the Gaming Control Act. Generates income for charitable organizations. Offers information on how to play lottery games. Also investigates complaints by people who think they should have won or were treated unfairly in some way; complaints can be made by calling customer service or by filling out the email form available on the website. Office and prize payout hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Provincial Crown corporation.
