Burnaby Neighbourhood House Society

Provides information and referral services, and promotes community connections. In cooperation with other service providers, offers programs for families, youth, and seniors. Family services include family drop-ins for children up to age five and their caregivers, parent education, licensed preschool, school-age child care, afterschool programs, and summer day camps. Also offers youth leadership and youth employment programs, and seniors outreach and therapeutic activation programs. Other services include community kitchens and dinners, food security programs, income tax and legal clinics, newcomer settlement services, ESL conversation, adult literacy programs, digital literacy program, and community grants. Office and hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Fridays. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
