Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)

Administers tax laws for the Government of Canada and for most provinces and territories; and various social and economic benefit and incentive programs delivered through the tax system. Information line provides general and account-specific information for individuals, trusts, international tax and non-residents, including personal income tax returns, installments, and RRSPs. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (local time unless otherwise noted - see Step 2 for links to times); automated callback service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
