Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW)

Promotes and supports meaningful and equitable employment for people with disabilities. Employment Services support job seekers with all types of disability who wish to find meaningful employment. STEAM program improves employment outcomes for persons with disabilities, particularly those who are unemployed or underemployed, by training in skills for success. The Empower program helps women acquire the necessary skills to gain and maintain employment. Youth the Future (YTF) program provides comprehensive pre-employment training to groups of youth ages 15 to 30 with a self-identifying disability, and supports their transition to paid work. WORKink provides a dedicated space for job postings by employers offering inclusive employment. CCRW also supports businesses who wish to hire employees with disabilities; the Accommodation and Inclusion Management (AIM) service helps employers improve management and implementation of accommodations and workplace adjustments. Also offers training to employers; fees are charged. Programs may be held in person and/or virtually. Serves Canada. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
