Canuck Place Children's Hospice

Offers 24-hour specialized care for BC children and youth with progressive life-threatening illnesses, and their families, in order to enhance their quality of life. Provides comprehensive and family-centred care throughout the child or youth's illness and until the family no longer needs the service. Program services include respite care and family support, pain and symptom management, recreation therapy, counselling, end-of-life care, and bereavement and grief support services at no cost to families. Administration hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; clinical services are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
