The Winter Wise Program offers a real-time Snow Response Request tool to identify streets that need snow removal. Mayor: Richard Stewart. Councillors: Brent Asmundson, Matt Djonlic, Craig Hodge, Steve Kim, Trish Mandewo, Dennis Marsden, Robert Mazzarolo, and Teri Towner. Bylaw complaint and reporting hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 4:30 pm Saturdays, Sundays, and Statuary Holidays. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
