Independent officer responsible for ensuring that the Canada Elections Act (the Act) and Referendum Act are complied with and enforced. Questions and concerns about something that happened during a federal election or by-election can be submitted through an online complaint form. Individuals who wish to submit a complaint are urged to do so as soon as possible following the alleged offence and should provide as much detail as possible to support their allegation, including any documents.
