Provides a drop-in centre, residential crisis program, long-term supportive transitional housing, and street outreach for homeless, runaway, and street-involved youth ages 16 to 24. The Community Support Services program provides street outreach, general and addictions counselling, job search assistance, and referral to medical, mental health, and social services. The Drop-in Centre, open 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, offers snacks as well as access to services, shower and laundry facilities, phones and computers, clothing room, video games, and arts and crafts; see website for activity times, as well as hours reserved for female identified youth or LGBTQ2S+ youth only. Provides hot meals from 9 am to 12 noon and 3:30 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday; takeout and delivery are available. Housing Support Workers help youth access rental housing in the private market, through support services such as referrals to housing options, information on other housing subsidies, and housing search assistance. Connects individuals to housing options by providing support with the application, move-in process, appointments and/or housing viewings, and liaison with landlords.
