Counselling is in person or by telephone and is free, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. Nominal sliding scale fee for debt repayment programs. Offers educational workshops and presentations on credit and debt management as well as budgeting. New Westminster office currently provides telephone appointments only, and also serves Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, and Surrey. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
