Crossreach Adult Day Centre

Offers social, recreational, and health care programs for seniors age 65 and older living in West Point Grey area of Vancouver (including Kitsilano, Kerrisdale, Dunbar, and Point Grey neighbourhoods). A hot meal is provided for lunch. Transportation can be arranged through Handy Dart. Referral required from Vancouver Coastal Health. Area served is bounded by False Creek, Kitsilano, Point Grey, UBC, and Dunbar. Centre is open 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.
