Staff and trained volunteers provide support, advocacy, and resources to individuals and families coping with a life-threatening diagnosis, advanced illness, or bereavement; a $10 membership fee is required. Through the Delta CARES Helpline, also offers free and practical life-affirming advice through a one-hour counselling call for anyone struggling with difficult end-of-life circumstances or bereavement. Does not support euthanasia through MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying). Office hours are by appointment between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; evening appointments are available upon request.
