Offers health care and support for people living with HIV/AIDS and additional challenges of poverty, homelessness, mental health, or addiction issues. Aims to engage individuals in their health care with a goal of improved adherence to HIV treatment. Also provides harm reduction services to program participants, including supervised injection service, needle exchange, safer sex supplies, and harm reduction education. To become a participant a doctor's referral is required. Self-referrals are also accepted, but potential clients must complete an intake form; there is a waiting list. Forms can be picked-up or emailed. Hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm, seven days per week. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
