Artist-run centre and exhibition space that supports community and professional artists. Provides exhibitions, free workshops, artist talks, symposia, special projects, and other events. Collective members guide the management and programming of the space while building professional art skills and capacity. Educates the public through art regarding issues related to mental health and social marginalization, and promotes social and economic justice. Offers low-barrier XA (Expressive Arts) Drop-In Studio Time with art materials and snacks provided from 2 pm to 4 pm Mondays. Also serves as a warming centre during extreme weather where people living outside can take refuge from the cold. Gallery hours are 12 noon to 6 pm Tuesday to Saturday. Nonprofit society.
