Harvest Project

Assists North Shore residents who are experiencing challenging life circumstances such as a job loss, divorce, emotional and physical health issues, or death of a family member. Provides one-to-one coaching/mentoring, a grocery support program, clothing support program, and information and referral services aimed at empowering people to take positive steps in their lives. Also offers an emergency food program in partnership with St Andrew's United Church; see that listing for details. Proof of North Shore residence is required. Accepts donations of clothing and groceries; drop by during business hours, and then phone reception to receive the items. Hours are 10 am to 4 pm Tuesday to Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays; an appointment is required. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
