Features public programs and exhibits on astronomy and space sciences, including planetarium presentations, live science demonstrations, hands-on exhibits, and space artifacts. The Gordon MacMillan Southam Observatory dome houses a large public telescope to explore the skies around Vancouver. Also offers online home learner webinars, and events for children and adults. Wheelchair accessible. Hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm Wednesdays and Fridays. Admission tickets are available at the front desk or online; booking in advance is recommended for timed entry admission. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
