Online platform connects employers with newcomers who currently reside in BC, have lived in Canada for less than five years, meet English-language standards, and are looking for skilled employment.

Supports newcomers prepare to enter the labour market by providing an online assessment of skills, knowledge and abilities (competence), and how they compare to Canadian standards. Helps overcome employment barriers such as international credential recognition and a lack of Canadian work experience....

Brings together skilled immigrants and established local professionals of the same occupation in a one-on-one mentoring relationship. Provides 12 hours of mentoring over a two-month period, with meetings taking place in person, online, and by telephone.
