Assists people who are or could be in conflict with the law, with an emphasis on women and youth. Works to foster positivity and fairness within the justice system, and greater understanding and community support for those impacted by it. Provides and advocates for safe, secure, and affordable housing. Lizzy's Closet provides clothing to women in need and assists with employment, education, legal needs, and emergency situations; open two Thursday mornings per month (usually on the first and third Thursday). Through Changing the Face of Poverty, service providers share information about programs and services and areas of need; meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The Gender Equity Project works to advance gender equity in organizations, advance inclusive policies and practices, and increase collaboration to accelerate systemic change, as well as offering educational workshops to agencies and workplaces. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
