Serves as the voice of the rental housing industry in BC, fostering the effective exchange of information pertinent to the industry, and providing access to services and support to help owners and managers of rental housing mitigate risk and enhance their financial success. Member services include advocacy, access to education, networking opportunities, operational advice, discounts on services, proprietary tenancy forms, and online tools to manage and market properties. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
