Legal Aid BC (LABC)

Offers legal aid to BC residents with low incomes for serious family law problems, child protection matters, criminal law issues, and some immigration law matters. Provides services through a province-wide call centre and at legal aid offices and courthouse locations across BC. Services include offering legal information (print, online, or by phone), legal advice, and representation by a lawyer. Funded primarily by BC Government. Nonprofit society.
