Lettuce Harvest

Develops community farmyards by connecting volunteers enthusiastic about gardening with homeowners looking to transform their front and/or back yard into a productive growing space. Facilitates the yard transformation, communal gardening, and distribution of harvested goods between volunteers, homeowners, and local organizations supporting at-risk communities. Work parties provide new urban garden farmers with the knowledge and support they need to learn. Funded by Government of Canada. Nonprofit society.
