Empowers people from all walks of life by offering opportunities for personal development and meaningful interpersonal connections. The Compassion, Acceptance, Respect, Empathy (CARE) Project provides and delivers weekly groceries for food insecure families, along with weekly check-in phone calls and connection to community resources. Youth Empowering Youth (YEY) is a youth-led leadership program designed to nurture, support, and strengthen youth; through interactive Zoom classes, youth explore their talents and learn life skills. Also offers a children's version of the program for children ages eight to 12. Conscious Connections is a facilitated discussion group that provides a safe and inclusive space for "real talk" on meaningful topics to support personal growth. Also offers volunteer opportunities; application forms are available online. Funded in part by the Government of Canada. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
