Mental Health Commission of Canada

Aims to raise awareness of the mental health and wellness needs of Canadians, and works to improve the lives of people who experience mental health problems and illnesses, and those of their families and caregivers. Offers training and resources on mental health including on suicide prevention, stigma and discrimination, access to culturally appropriate mental health-services, workplace psychological health and safety, and substance use health. Also undertakes research and policy work to inform policy makers and stakeholders, address gaps in Canada's mental health services, and advance innovative approaches to mental health and substance use health services.
