Provincial government's primary tax collector, corporate and personal property registrar, money manager, banker, and chief accountant. Advises on fiscal, financial, and taxation policy, and manages the provincial government budget and expenditure. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
