Mom2Mom Child Poverty Initiative Society

Aims to improve outcomes for children living in poverty by supporting their single-mothers through trust-based relationships. Volunteer mentors provide respectful, non-judgmental support to other mothers and children, helping to connect women to other mothers in the community, to their children's school, and to existing community-based resources. Helps alleviate the stress of poverty for families so that mothers can provide the best opportunities for their children to learn, grow, and succeed. Provides monthly grocery support to mother-led families to improve food security. Also provides grants for summer camps and extracurricular activities. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
