New Beginnings Baptist Church

Provides free biblical-based counselling by appointment, and a weekly support group for women dealing with issues of abuse, grief, or pain. Also operates a youth group providing social, recreational, and mentored activities from 6 pm to 11 pm on Fridays; day camps for children ages five to 11; summer camps for children, youth, and families; and three-day retreats for children and youth ages 11 to 18. Also offers tutoring after school from 3 pm to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Holds a community dinner at 5:30 pm on Thursdays. Serves East Vancouver from Main Street to Boundary Road, and Wall Street to 49th Avenue. Office hours are 9 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
