A free exercise and wellness program that provides fitness, health awareness, wellness education, and social contact to help older adults age 55 plus lead active and independent lives. Weekly drop-in program includes one hour of physical exercise followed by optional blood pressure checks, health coaching, massage, other wellness activities, and time for socialization. All participants must provide government ID and proof of vaccination. Adults are welcome to observe a class before participating. Offered year-round except August in various locations in North Vancouver and West Vancouver. Volunteer-led organization.
