Operation Come Home
The Reunite Program reunites runaway youth, age 16 to 25, across Canada with their families. Provides travel assistance in partnership with VIA Rail to help youth return home. Also provides a network of services to help youth leave the street if returning home is not possible. Provides referrals to community services across Canada. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Eastern time Monday to Friday. No service fee. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
