Offers pay-what-you-can virtual peer support groups held weekly for up to six people. Topics include relationships, mental health (anxiety and depression, boredom and loneliness, mood disorders), abuse (physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, and domestic), eating disorders, grief and loss, healing and recovery from trauma and PTSD, addiction, support for first responders, and living with chronic pain, illness, and disability. Also offers peer support for immigrants and refugees. Sessions are facilitated by trained and licensed moderators. Attendance is free, although there is a request for a donation after the session.
