Programme d'Immigration Francophone de la Colombie-Britannique

Offers free French-language settlement, integration, and employment assistance to Francophone immigrants who settle in BC; available to permanent residents, temporary foreign workers and students, refugees (protected persons and convention refugees), and Canadian citizens born abroad. Services include individual consultations; information and orientation sessions on health, education, banking, and housing; workshops on finding employment; and networking and mentoring programs. To participate, individuals must fill out forms available online (separate for immigrants already residing in BC and future arrivals having obtained permanent residence in Canada). Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Government of Canada and Government of BC.
