Offers a variety of programs for seniors age 55 and better. Services include recreation and fitness programs, socials, health and wellness, arts and crafts, and information and referral to community resources. Annual membership fee is $55 which can be used at both centres. Also offers Senior Mentoring by appointment, and food programs including hampers, low-cost meals, and frozen meals. Hours are 9 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funding in part by the City of Victoria, and the District of Saanich. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
