Spruce Harbour Marina

Cooperative live-aboard marina. Houseboats and float homes are not allowed; vessels at Spruce Harbour must be able to leave their slip under their own power or sail. There are two ways to become a member: buy an existing boat from a current member or join the waiting list (currently about 12 years). Office hours are 8 am to 2 pm Monday to Thursday.
