Breaking Barriers

Stress reduction program for youth ages 13 to 19. Offers help with stress, anxiety, anger, and/or needing emotional regulation. Program utilizes mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy in a group setting to teach self-regulation and coping skills. Meets weekly for 8 consecutive weeks.
