Vancouver Art Therapy Institute (VATI)

Offers two art therapy training programs: an 18-month full-time diploma program, and an advanced diploma program for people who have a Master's degree in a related field. Also has a collaborative agreement with Athabasca University, and provides art therapy training to their Master's in Counselling students who are doing an art therapy specialization. Also offers an onsite art therapy clinic to children over five years of age, students, and adults. Clinic is staffed by VATI students who receive weekly supervision by registered clinical supervisors. Clinic is free, though there is a $10 materials fee. Email to book an appointment.
