Vancouver Community Network (VCN)

Provides free services to assist individuals, community groups, and nonprofits in accessing computers and utilizing the internet to its fullest ability. Services include free email accounts, free web page hosting, access to public computer and internet sites, and free dial-up internet connectivity. Offers free domain name hosting, mailing lists, and lost-cost IT support for community groups. Also offers introductory workshops for first-time users. Maintains a directory of community resources, as well as community event listings in Metro Vancouver. Participates in policy dialogues regarding universal access. Office hours are 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
