Vancouver Tap Dance Society

Works to promote and preserve tap dance, and is dedicated to developing an awareness of this art form. Offers a variety of tap dance classes for all ages and skill levels. Dance Academy provides dance classes for dancers of all ages and levels throughout the year. TapCo is a professional youth performance ensemble providing professional training and performance opportunities for dancers ages 13 to 18. Produces the annual Vancouver International Tap Dance Festival dedicated to spreading the joy of tap dance and providing dancers with opportunities to learn from internationally-renowned tap dancers. The Outreach Program provides tap dance classes to children in local schools. Office hours are 3 pm to 9 pm Mondays, 3 pm to 7 pm Wednesdays, 3 pm to 9 pm Thursdays, and 10 am to 2 pm Saturdays. Office hours in July and August may vary. Nonprofit society.
