Works to integrate immigrants and newcomers into BC workplaces and communities by providing information on immigration for newcomers, prospective immigrants, international students, temporary foreign workers, service providers, and community leaders. Programs covers three service areas: English language development, settlement and inclusive communities, and labour market participation. The Settlement and Integration Program (SIP) provides services and support to help immigrants and families understand, settle and integrate successfully. The 'BC Newcomers' Guide' is available in various languages on the website. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
