Western Aboriginal Harm Reduction Society (WAHRS)
Group of former and current Aboriginal drug users works on issues of particular concern to Indigenous people, including alcoholism and health epidemics such as hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS. Meets at the VANDU office: sign-in at 12:15 pm, meeting at 1 pm Fridays (except on cheque issue week). Meals are distributed daily from this location from 12:30 pm to 1 pm. Nonprofit society.
