Abbotsford Adult Day Program

Offers a one-day weekly day program to disabled, chronically ill, or isolated seniors who are lacking support systems in their lives. Provides a safe, comfortable, community atmosphere. Nursing staff provide support and a range of home care and support services to enable people to remain independent. Program activities include social activities, exercise groups, crafts, nutrition and cooking information, education sessions, and health and wellness monitoring (blood pressure, blood sugar, wound care, etc.). Referral and pre-registration required. Serves Abbotsford and Mission. Program hours are 10 am to 1:30 pm Wednesdays.
