Aboriginal Child and Family Services - Multidisciplinary and Intake Office

Provides child protection, family support, preservation, removal, and court services to Aboriginal families in Surrey and Delta. Investigates concerns about potential child abuse or neglect, and intervenes as required. Also manages the recruitment, selection, and approval of temporary and long-term care homes for Aboriginal children unable to reside in their family home. Social workers provide support to caregivers of children. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
