Aboriginal Homeless Outreach/Homelessness Prevention Program

Provides services to people and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, in particular of Aboriginal descent. Helps individuals and families access rental housing in the private market, through support services such as accompaniment to appointments, assistance with immediate physical and safety needs, referrals to housing options, information on other housing subsidies, housing search assistance, and rent supplements. Serves Delta, Langley, Surrey, and White Rock. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by BC Housing.
