Aboriginal Outreach Detox Program

Provides culturally sensitive withdrawal management services in clients' homes for individuals who are First Nations/Aboriginal living in and around Abbotsford, Agassiz, Chilliwack, Hope, and Mission. Services include assessment, medical and nursing care, counselling, preparation for treatment programs, referrals to social and health services, and harm reduction. Referral accepted from self or others; callers or walk-ins will be provided with an appointment with an addiction physician in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, or Mission as a first step.
