ACCESS Clinic

Nurse practitioners and a gynecologist provide complex contraception counselling, menstrual suppression, and dilator therapy in addition to regular reproductive health screening for gender-diverse patients, adolescents age 16 and older, adult women with intellectual or physical disabilities, and others who have experienced barriers to reproductive health screening in their regular health care provider's office or clinic. Services include sexual health education, pap tests, pelvic exams, contraceptive advice and management, IUD insertions, testing for sexually transmitted infections, menstrual suppression and dilator therapy, and menopausal advice and management. No referral required, but a health care provider or clinic is needed to obtain results. Clinics are held 1 pm to 4 pm Tuesdays.
