ACES (Acquiring Community-Based Employment Skills)

Provides employability and life skills workshops, safety certificate and skills enhancement training, and supported work experiences to individuals facing multiple barriers to employment. Participants work with staff to identify and work towards achieving their career goals, and receive ongoing support and advocacy for long-term employment success. Participants must be over age 15, a resident in BC, and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or protected person. Offered in collaboration with regional delivery partners across BC; serves the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, Northern BC, Okanagan, and Vancouver Island.
