Provides rehabilitation services to adults who have sustained a brain injury. Uses an interdisciplinary approach in consultation with clients and their families; aims to develop each individual's physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities. Inpatient services are provided regionally but outpatient services are primarily available for residents within the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority service area or when complex rehabilitation is not available in the community. Rehabilitation is goal-based and focused on transitioning back into the community; including assessment, individualized treatment, education, and referral to the community. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
