Service Description

Provides services to adults ages 19 and up residing in Fraser Health region who have experienced a mild to severe brain injury from trauma, stroke, brain tumour, aneurysm, or other causes. Services include rehabilitation (occupational therapy, speech language therapy, and counselling), community support services (a day program and a community support worker), and residential services. Referral accepted from self or others; eligibility requirements include medical evidence of an acquired brain injury and financial need (limited or no funding or access to services from other sources); see website for detailed eligibility requirements. Office hours are 8 am 4 pm Monday to Friday.
