Action Commitment Transformation (ACT) Program

Offers settlement services to vulnerable adults and youth who are immigrants and refugees (protected persons and convention refugees) with multiple barriers, through a wraparound approach that includes providing one-on-one case management, group support, and educational workshops. Client-centred approach supports helps participants settle and integrate successfully.
