Acute Home Based Treatment (AHBT) Program

Offers short-term, in-home acute psychiatric care for adults with increased symptoms or distress related to mental illness and/or substance use, as an alternative to hospitalization. Designed to provide individuals who are currently experiencing a psychiatric crisis the opportunity of choosing where they get their acute psychiatric treatment. A referral is required from a medical professional. Serves North Vancouver. Office hours are 9 am to 9 pm seven days a week.
